We have an easy return policy. Simply return unused, unworn, unwashed merchandise along with the BILL in the original packing within 10 days of receipt. This excludes items from BED & BATH CATEGORY as they are items of personal hygiene and no returns will be accepted.
For any kind of return, the return shipment charges must be borne by the customer under all circumstances as we do not provide reverse pickup. Incase of exchange, please contact us directly on call or email us. Items purchased on sale or using any discount voucher/ coupon can be returned, but buyer must bear the shipment charges as well as return shipment charges, which will be deducted at the time of refund.
If you are unable to send the products back through a third party courier service, please let us know we will arrange a reverse pick up. The reverse pick up charges will be deducted from the total invoice amount.
The refund will be processed immediately after we receive the product. If the returned product is in a damaged, or in a condition that is different from the condition we sent it, we have the option to issue a partial refund. Therefore please ensure to pack in its original packing and secure it with bubble wrap. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it is obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
In case of manufacturing defect with a product, it can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been duly inspected by our team.
Bamboo Greens does not provide warranty on any merchandise. We will not be held responsible for any kind of damage to the product after using it. Please go through the Care Instructions of the product you purchase before using it to avoid any damages to the product due to incorrect way of usage/packing/unpacking.
